Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 19 April 2026Standard: WCAG 2.1 AA

DTCONCIERGE S.R.L. is committed to making www.dtconcierge.eu accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Article 1Conformance target

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all public pages. The Website is a responsive Next.js application built with semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable components and visible focus states.

Article 2Measures taken

Concrete measures implemented on the Website include:

  1. (a)semantic landmarks (nav, main, article, section, footer);
  2. (b)descriptive alt text on meaningful images;
  3. (c)ARIA labels on interactive controls and modal dialogs;
  4. (d)a logical heading hierarchy;
  5. (e)colour contrast reviewed against WCAG 1.4.3 (navy #1a2260 on light backgrounds; green #39B54A used as accent only);
  6. (f)forms with associated labels and validation feedback;
  7. (g)responsive layout tested from 320px to 1920px viewport widths;
  8. (h)the Cal.com booking iframe and Resend transactional mail are the only third-party components in the critical path.

Article 3Known limitations

We are transparent about remaining gaps:

  1. (a)the Cal.com booking widget is provided by a third party; its accessibility is governed by cal.com and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA;
  2. (b)some older blog images may lack descriptive alt text, we are remediating on a rolling basis;
  3. (c)PDF documents (e.g. downloadable treatment summaries) are not guaranteed to be tagged for screen readers.

Article 4Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this Website, please email accessibility@dtconcierge.eu (or cristian@dtconcierge.eu). We aim to respond within 10 working days and to remediate reasonable issues within 30 days.

Article 5Enforcement
