Planning starts with a CBCT scan. The clinic positions six implants per arch using a surgical guide, often computer-planned for accuracy. I send your scan to the clinic before you fly so the price and surgical plan are confirmed in advance.
On the surgical day the clinic places six implants per arch under local anaesthetic, sometimes with mild sedation. A lab-milled PMMA provisional bridge is mounted on the implants the same day, screw-retained and stable. The first trip typically lasts 7-10 days for post-op checks.
The implants integrate with the bone over 4-6 months. The PMMA provisional is solid enough to stay in comfortably if you need more time, for financial or logistical reasons. You return for 3-5 days for the final e.max ceramic or full zirconia bridge. I coordinate both visits, including flights, accommodation, and on-site translation.

What "teeth in a day" actually means
Many clinics advertise "fixed teeth in 24 hours" at headline prices. What they don't always say is that the teeth fitted on day one are an acrylic (PMMA) provisional, not your final restoration. The provisional carries you through the 4 to 6 months your implants need to integrate with the bone.
At the partner clinic, provisionals are milled in a dental lab from a solid PMMA block. They are strong, accurate, and built to last. If you need more time before the second visit, for financial or logistical reasons, the lab-milled PMMA is solid enough to stay in comfortably for longer than the minimum integration window.
Your permanent bridge (e.max ceramic or full zirconia) is fitted in a second visit, once the implants have integrated. Metal-ceramic is available on request for budget-driven cases, but it is not the partner clinic's default recommendation.
