Planning starts with a CBCT scan, full-mouth X-ray, and clinical assessment. The team builds a phased plan that sequences extractions, implants, sinus lifts, and prosthetics over two or three trips. I send the plan in your language before you commit.
The first surgical trip covers extractions, implant placement, and any required bone work. Provisional bridges or dentures are fitted before you fly home, so you always have working teeth. The first trip typically lasts 10-14 days.
After 3-6 months of healing, you return for the final prosthetic phase: zirconia or hybrid bridges, individual crowns, and the bite calibration. A short third trip is sometimes needed for fine adjustments.
